From Correlations to Necessity: Introducing Meta-Analytic Necessary Condition Analysis to IHRM Research

The study introduces a novel methodological approach called bivariate meta-analytic necessary condition analysis (Meta-NCA) to improve IHRM research. By utilizing synthetic datasets derived from meta-analytic results and Monte Carlo simulation, this approach identifies generalizable necessary conditions outside traditional correlational methods, applying it to the cultural intelligence–cross-cultural adjustment relationship.
